The global community is actively working toward achieving the 17 U.N. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that will help create a future that is equitable and sustainable for all. Supporting these global goals can happen at home, in your community, at MSU and beyond. Take part in this fun scavenger hunt developed by the MSU Office of Sustainability to spot places, resources, and behaviors that reflect the global goals. Can you find them all? The scavenger hunt was developed as part of the 2022 MSU Science Festival.
How to participate
Explore the MSU campus or your own community using the list of ideas below or create your own! Take photos as you “spot” the SDGs.
What are the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals?
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted in 2015 by the United Nations, providing a framework for fostering a global sustainable future. The goals embrace the interconnected nature of various global sustainability challenges, linking human and environmental systems. Learn more about the goals at sdgs.un.org/goals.
