Journey Towards a Greener Future with the MSU Extension Sustainability Speakers Series

Michigan State University Extension is pleased to announce two sustainability-focused lunch and learn (noon-1:00 p.m. ET) virtual speaker series opportunities being offered this fall.  Registration is required, but there is no cost, and you can attend any or all sessions, though each series requires a separate registration.

  • September 10 – Zero Waste featuring Adonai Garcia, Tech Team Manager, York University
  • October 8 – Refilleries: Reducing Your Waste Footprint featuring Claire Mahler, owner 86 Plastics, Troy, MI
  • November 12 – Waste Management featuring Roger Cargill, founder Finite Phenix
  • December 10 – Sustainability Initiatives in Holland, Michigan featuring Dan Broersma, Sustainability Manager, City of Holland, MI
