Evening Session: 6 p.m.

Join us in celebrating National Women's Health and Fitness Day by empowering women to lift weights. Open to anyone who identifies as a woman, this class is designed specifically for beginners interested in learning how to properly strength train, eager to learn about free weights and looking to feel more comfortable in the weight room. We'll walk you through a basic total body weight training workout that you can feel comfortable doing again on your own. 

Open to anyone with an active Rec Sports Membership who identifies as a woman. Registration is required, and space is limited. Register here.
