MSU Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems Seminar Series

We are pleased to announce the 2023 MSU Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems (SAFS) Seminar Series!  

Six seminars will be held on Fridays 12:40 – 1:30 pm in Anthony Hall room 1135 (across the hall from the MSU Dairy Store). Join us for bring-your-own lunch/social time before the seminar.  Light snacks will be served starting at 12:10 pm.

Series 2 - Ruminants’ contribution to a sustainable food production system: It is not as it seems

Our second speaker on Friday, February 24, will be Dr. Jason Roundtree, Director fpr the Center of Regenerative Agriculture and C.S. Mott Professor of Sustainable Agriculture and Animal Science, Michigan State University.
