Move For Your Mood

An ACTIVE Spartans Physical activity mentor will lead the class through a 30-minute movement and meditation session followed by sharing valuable information and resources about exercise and the positive effects it has on well-being. Participants receive a FREE T-shirt.   

Open to anyone with an active Rec Sports Membership. Registration is not required, but space is limited.   

The Move For Your Mood: Session 2 will take place October 4, 7:15 p.m.–7:45 p.m. Meet at IM East.
