Need a midday recharge? This free outdoor movement program combines stretching, strengthening, flow, and relaxation movements to support overall mobility. Sessions meet most Wednesdays from June 10 to September 30, 2026 in the garden.

 

Meet the instructor by the pond, the exact location of the class may be in different areas of the garden. Class will not be held on July 1, 2026.
