Restore your roots flyer

Our Restore Your Roots program is back for 2026! We're bringing the garden indoors to support the wellbeing of our campus community. Each event will feature a different activity provided by our campus partners. Come enjoy a restorative evening while being immersed in a virtual oasis. These events are free, but registration is recommended.

The February 11th session will be a meditation session.

For events held in IM Sports buildings, a MSU ID will be required for entry and please have your gym membership activated before you arrive (can be done the same day if needed).

For more information and to register, please visit the Beal Garden events page.
