The Sustainability and Ethics Symposium

The Sustainability and Ethics Symposium, coming up on Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, brings together faculty, staff, students, practitioners, and community members to explore pressing challenges and bold solutions at the intersection of ethics, innovation, and sustainability. This dynamic and interdisciplinary event is hosted by the Ethics Institute, Center for Bioethics and Social Justice, the Center for Ethical and Socially Responsible Leadership, the Frank J. Kelley Institute of Ethics and the Legal Profession, and the Office of Sustainability. This symposium will explore ethical sustainability issues from a global perspective, highlight current research topics, and showcase practices happening on the campus of Michigan State University.

Registration will be open from Monday, Oct. 6, through Friday, Nov. 7. When registering, you will have the option to select in-person or virtual participation
